3 pound Chuck Roast (You can also substitute pork or venison)
1/2 Tablespoon prepared mustard
2 Tablespoons vinegar
3 Tablespoons Worchester Sauce
1 Cup ketchup
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
3 Tablespoons BUTTER

Cooking Instructions:

Using a 3# Chuck Roast - Place in a roasting pan with about 1/2 c. water and roast until VERY tender at 350 degrees.

Cool.

Pick apart. (You need about, give or take, 3 pints of beef to start.)

Add - Prepared mustard, vinegar, Worcester Sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, and butter.

Simmer SLOW for about an hour or until all liquid is gone.

Serve on a bun and enjoy.
